1. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We're based in Hungary but we ship worldwide. With our global fulfilment network, your order reaches you as quickly as possible, wherever you are. 

 

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours.

After it ships, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Europe: 6–8 business days
UK: 6–8 business days
United States: 5–7 business days
Canada: 7–10 business days
International: 10–14 business days

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

EU orders ship from EU, primarily from Latvia and Netherlands.
UK orders ship from UK.
US orders ship from US.
International orders ship from US or EU, depending on your location.

We partner with a supplier that integrates strong environmental and ethical practices into how its garments are made. Their approach focuses on reducing environmental impact throughout production — from lowering water and energy use, using responsibly approved dyes and chemicals, to recycling and repurposing fabric waste instead of sending it to landfill. They’re also investing in renewable energy projects and setting measurable goals to reduce emissions and resource use.

On the people side, they’ve earned independent accreditation from a respected global labor organisation (FLA - Fair Labor Association), reflecting ongoing commitment to fair working conditions and worker rights in their facilities and supply chains. They also maintain ethical, certified production practices and publicly share impact data to improve accountability and transparency. 

This means the pieces you order are not only quality garments — they come from a partner working to protect both people and the planet.

4. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Care instructions for Sweatshirts and T-shirts: Machine wash them in cold water (max 30°C or 90°F). 

 

5. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
