1. WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We're based in Hungary, and that's also where every order ships from. So whether you're in Paris or Portland, your JSYT piece starts its journey from the same place, our home base.

 

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Your order will be processed within 2 days.

After it ships, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Europe: 6–8 business days
UK: 6–8 business days
United States: 5–7 business days
Canada: 7–10 business days
International: 10–14 business days

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

3. WHO MAKES YOUR PRODUCTS?

Everything is now made in-house. We start with premium blank pieces from a European supplier we trust, the kind of quality you can feel in the weight of the fabric, and then we print and embroider each one ourselves. That means we control the whole process from the first sketch to the final stitch, and we're not relying on a third party to get it right. It's a smaller, slower way of working, but it means every JSYT piece has actually passed through our hands.

4. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Care instructions for Sweatshirts and T-shirts: Machine wash them in cold water (max 30°C or 90°F). 

 

5. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
