Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at mail@jesuisyourstruly.com within 30 days of delivery. You will receive instructions on how and where to return your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same item at no additional cost.

We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as size, preference, or change of mind. In these cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
